Return Policy

Ekseswary supports the return policy from Saudi Arabia and all countries of the world.

 Introduction: The goods are examined upon arrival in Saudi Arabia and then packed again to ensure that they arrive intact from breakage or damage to the customer.

Terms of return:

1- The customer is entitled to return by notifying us within (24) hours of receiving the goods by sending an email to (refund@ekseswary.com).

 2- That the goods be intact from breakage or damage.

3- That the goods be in the same original packing, packaging and labels.

4- For Saudi customers: the customer bears the cost of the internal delivery - seven dollars -

For the rest of the world’s customers: the customer bears the value of the courier.

5- For Saudi customers: the price of the goods is returned directly in cash when the delivery agent receives the goods from them and inspects them, and in the event of a pre-deposit payment, it is returned to PayPal, arriving within (5-7) days.

And for the rest of the world’s clients: The price of the goods is returned to them after receiving the goods by express mail in China, via PayPal to the customer’s account, arriving within (5-7) days.
